For any Engineering course, PCM is sufficient and you dont need any other subjects as compulsive.

English and one more language is considered mandatory to calculate Best of Five score.

All above courses are amazing, If you're tafgetibg core job rolesinto manufacturing and Construction and Telecom sectors, You should go with Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.

I am sorry but this question is puzzling. Coaching centres are places that generally coach students for the preparation for an entrance exam. Carrying it futher, coaching centres may also help out in specific subjects. But I havent heard of coaching centres and placements as coaching centres are not recognized

Both the branches have their equal advantages....mechanical is the evergreen branch while cse is the most preferred branch nowadays...it depends on your interest to choose a branch so that in future you will not get upset...both are good and it depends on college also..i.e...for which branch the college is known..choice
