can I join Vardhaman mechanical engineering or go for special phase 2021.

Subhrajit Mukherjee 13th Nov, 2021

See in general for the core fields such as Mechanical Engineering the placement rates are really low. For this college, the placement rate is around 14%. So I would recommend you to go for special phase in order to go for some field which have more placements or a college with better placement rates.

nit warangal mechanical vs iit dhanbad mechanical

NEVIL S 12th Nov, 2021

For other courses, NIT Warangal maybe reccomended. But for mechanical and mining courses, IIT Dhanbad is preferred. It also gives you the IITian tag, which helps you to get directly into short lists of various internships and can directly proceed to the interview. At the same time, someone who graduates from NITs would have to give aptitude tests and then clear an interview.

Also, note IIT Dhanbad has NIRF ranking 11th while NIT Warangal has only 19th.

Good luck ;
