Yes, you need OBC/SEBC certificate from revenue officials if you are claiming reservations under it

You have less chances to get NITs based on your rank.

Yes, it is good college. It has AAA+ rating which means good. It has average placement record. If you don't have better choice than this college then you can opt for it.
