The experiences you have is great which you can properly channelize via Management course like MBA. But for MBA you need to have any Bachelors Degree. So you have to do a Btech/any degree as you wish in order to pursue MBA.
Apart from this nowadays Data Science is a new craze and it is used in every sector. IIT MADRAS offers a online BSc Program in Data Science. You can do this course. The course will give you a proper exposure as well as a IIT tag which will help you upgrade your job profile. Now as this is a online degree this will help you to work alongside. And after completion of these you may appear for MBA (if you want else you have plenty of jobs in this field).

Hey aspirant,
I wouldn't be able to suggest you with which branch you should go for. As,this is a really important decision amongst the students. You should only go with that branch in which you feel you are more comfortable and interested. It's but obvious that you wouldn't want to waste your 4 years of life in studying something in which you are not at all interested.
Also now, talking about these three colleges on the basis of their placement statistics then the highest package offered by MNNIT allahabad is 36lpa and average is 7lpa.

All the best!
Yes you can do bachalor of arts ( BA) after completing your diploma in mechanical engineering. It's totally your choice. But you can't join there as a lateral entry. You have to starting from first there. You can only take admission as a lateral entry in BTech course.
Also you can join distance study in BA course. But most of the college doesn't offer for admission with our 12th a diploma student. But you can find some colleges those are offer for admission of diploma students. So you have to choose first that you want to regular study or distance mode study. Then you can choose the college in Karnataka.
All the best.
