You got an average rank in your category.You have chances to get into some NITs or IIITs but you have to compromise with the branch.You have very less chances to get core branches such as CSE,ECE,EE,or mechanical.

Yes you can apply for dtu as you are from Delhi state so chances of getting admission in dtu is increased, but you must register yourself in delhi Jac board to take part in counseling. Or you can take part in jossa counseling to get more better colleges.

You can either go for M.Tech from the good iits after scoring a good gate score ( around 65) for mechanical or you can join any psu if you have a under 100 rank. You can also go for Phd after completing you M.tech.
