Your CGPA is brilliant and Gate score is also decent enough. But At this score, IIT Gandhinagar looks difficult. But still you can try here. You may get admission for MTECH in Mechanical Engineering in The Maharaj Sayajirao University,  Parul University. You can also try in Indus University and Navratna
