Yes ,you are eligible for both GATE as well as IES (Indian Engineering Services) examination.
The minimum eligibility criteria for both the examination is that a candidate must have an engineering degree. The age limit eligibility is minimum 21 years lower limit and maximum 30 years upper limit.

Hello, I'm sorry to inform you but minimum eligibility to take admission in mechanical engineering is class 12 as eligibility criteria says that - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board (for NIT's CFTIs IIITS)
