Comparing both the Colleges VR Siddhartha and ANITS , both the Colleges are good regarding the placements and education. But ANITS in Vishakapatnam is slightly better than VR Siddhartha in terms of Facilities. Both the Colleges have good IT placements. Many IT companies as well as few Core companies
In my opinion you should go for VR siddartha as it is much better than RIT.
Another thing you should note that never go for highest package as it is for only one student. Always go for average package of your branch specifically.

2. Applied Mechanics and Design
3. Fluid Mechanics and thermal sciences

If you want a better ranked college then you should go for mechanical in IIT Indore, because Indore is above IIT Bhubaneswar in the nirf ranking framework.
However, IIT Bhubaneswar is not a bad option as well.
So, the equation has come down to your preferred branch. If you like
Hii,RVR & JC and VRSEC are the top most pioneers among the private engineering colleges in Andhra pradesh.
The Tution fees For the both the colleges remain almost same (108k for RVR&JC and 102k for VRSEC )

Sorry to say you wouldn't get chance in Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada because Previous years seat allotment for ME was 15452. But you are eligible for EIE in that college. The intake for EIE is 84.

According to your rank in JEE MAINS 2019,you have very less chance to get seat in mechanical or chemical engineering in any good NIT, your rank should be under 30000 in general category to get seat in mechanical or chemical engineering.
