1. Library: Its a Library with very Old Books (for mech dept) .there are a few good books. You will find that

You can absolutely change the major for your masters. If you want a masters degree in Mechanical engineering with a bachelors in Industrial design, it is absolutely possible. You will have to appear for GATE Mechanical engineering.
