Well once the neet results are out the central counseling starts by MCC and then following respective state authorities start the state quota counseling and then you can participate in the counseling if you want to get a seat in one of the college.

Hii Lakshya. According to me, Electronics and Communication is better than Mechanical. I went through the Cut offs of NIT Kurukshetra and observed that ECE cut offs are quite high compared to Mechanical Engineering. And placements are even good for ECE than mechanical. Hope this helps.
