sorry to disappiont you that you percentile is 61 which is not enough to get admission in DEI(Dayalbagh Educational Institute) agra,

but if you have any source of refferal in dei college then you will absolutely get admission. also you required 5-6 games certificate to get admission.

You have to be under 1500 rank to get into safe zone in which you can get admission in government college .

According to previous year opening and closing rank given in the josaa website it is very difficult for you to get admission in IIT Roorkee(Mechanical Engineering) based on your rank.
