as per your mentioned score in JEE Mains 2019 it is not possible to get seat in any NIT with civil, mechanical, electrical engg. respectively. Considering last year cutoff percentile in JEE Mains it is 97 for general, 94 for obc, 92 for SC/ST respectively.

See the rank u have score is enough for u to get admissioned in the SRM KOTTANKOLLATHUR campus as it is a private institution so seats are filled until they they are full. Also ur rank is quite good for u to bag the core branches for pursuing

You are elligible for JEE ADVANCE.but,your Percentile score isn't enough to secure seats in NIT ANDHRA PRADESH under OBC quota,your rank should be under 16k under OBC quota to get any seat in NIT ANDHRA PRADESH.Look for another engineering entrance examination.
