You can only wait till the counselling process is over and if there are vacant seats left. If there is vacancy then special round may be conducted like last year by CSAB. There you may get a seat as the cutoff drastically varies there and even those students

You may get Mechanical Engineering branch  but you have to wait for the end of counselling process and you will get GFTIs like GGU BILASPUR, TEZPUR UNIVERSITY ASSAM or you may get NIT if and only if the spot counselling is conducted this time.
