I really appreciate your hardwork. As you have not mention your state I assumed that you are from Jharkhand. I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible to take admission in any NIT all over the India not even in the lowest branch.

Is this your JEE Main Percentile? JOSSA seat Allocation result has been announced, With this rank the chances are very less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs as a General category, You can try for the state counselling & Private colleges.

         If you are a diploma student then if you join engineering after diploma then definitely you will be admitted in the second year only. So no worries you will get direct admission in the second year of engineering
