According to me, Choosing Mechanical at BITS Hyderabad would be better if the location is not an issue for you. Here are some pros:-

• The fees is less than BITS Pilani.
  Civil in Pilani is for 4.2 lac per year
  Mechanical at Hyderabad

That is a wise choice. The LPU offers a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem-solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place for Design, Manufacturing, Thermal, etc specialisation.

As per the analysis of previous year cutoffs, I am sorry to say that if you are from the general category orOBC category it is almost not possible for you to get any branch with your score even in last round, as the minimum cutoff is around 135

I would suggest IIIT Lucknow because for branch IT has got a better placement opportunities as compared to mechanical in India.

The higest package offered to IT was around 30 lakhs per annum where as in NIT. Jalandhar highest package for mechanical was 20 lakhs per annum

For 108 marks in MHT CET you may get below 12500 rank. There are chances of getting Mechanical branch in Government College of  Engineering, Jalgaon. 

In 2017 the cutoff for Mechanical branch for this college is 11572.
