It depends mainly on you category and there is different criteria for different categories.
Talking generally with such score you can get good IITs and top NITs .
You can get IITs like IIT guwahati IIT madras IIT bombay IIT hyderabad

Don't worry. The best score out of your both attempts will be considered for counselling by NTA so your 91.599 is not going anywhere. You still have a chance to get a seat in NIT Raipur.

Based on the cutoff of 2018 you need to score 895 marks to get admission in mechanical engineering Mtech.
This year the counselling has started and round 1 is completed . Only after completion of all rounds the official cutoff will be released.
