So, the options left with you are the indisciplinary courses in NIT's.

With this GATE score and General category it will be quite difficult or i can impossible to get into IIT's.
Cutoff for this time is 34.1 for general and with this GATE score you can get Anna, JNUTH or Osmania.
You can also try the other private colleges.
Your marks and rank is good.But it's hard to say anything about the call from PSUs and for M.Tech.There are many factors such as percentile,caste, graduation cgpa,etc.But you have a good chance of getting the calls from PSUs and if not ,you can apply for M.Tech.
