You will be having general rank around 35000 and obc rank around 8500.

Cosidering you under OS quota closing rank was around 6900 last year so you have less chance to get mechanical there. But you have one more chance to get improve your score and get good college.

IIT dhanbad and IIT patna belongs to middle layer iits even though dhanbad is mostly preferred by students in jossa.
Because IIT dhanbad is better than IIT patna in many terms.

I chance with this score is very less.
For general to take admission in IIT DELHI for MECHANICAL ENGINEERING through GATE is above to 725.

Hello Ashok,
First your chance for getting call from PSUs is less. With this marks your chance is very low. But you can apply for PSUs.
I think for call of PSUs your marks should around to 75+ for mechanical engineering.
