On such rank and category it is quite difficult to get Jadavpur University with Mechanical engineering but you can go for some other branches like :-

Hi there,

If you couldn't get into betch colleges due to your low diploma percentage try in management quota. Every college has 25% seats reserved for management quota so get into them though management. Choose your prefered college and contact them directly.
