There is no minimum marks but you can easily get Mechanical branch by scoring under 2000 cml rank,but it varies on the toughness of the paper.

Actually it depends on your college.If your college allows you to do minors & honours of another branch ,then it is possible to complete both Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering simultaneously.
