after getting into IIT bombay you'll get the stipend of Rs.12,400(TA) And 14,400(RA).
in iit delhi the TA ship stipend will be same as the iit bombay,for RA- Rs,15,000.

The books for the 1st year doesn't depend on branches as the 1st year is common engineering so you will have books according to papers from each department. So please ask your college about the list
