the previous year BC cutoff in bakhtiyarpur for mechanical branch has been 4746  .  so according to your bc rank and the previous year cutoff you have very high chances of getting a seat .

according to me dr B C ROY engineering college is good for mechanical in all the fileds of placements and all activities and also the techno india is good but not better than the B C Roy so please go for the B C roy engineering this

the cut off for the COEP with specified branch royal branch of engineering is mechnical cool the cut off marks is 150 and also i will help u the cut off ranking is around 2411

Pimpri Chinchwad College is far better than Rahuri College in each and every terms, whether it is Infra or syllabi or faculty.

BTech Mechanical from PCCE is a better option. You should go for it.
