Yes you can surely convert Mechanical engineering as cutiffs within 8200 ranks in IPUCET.

Good chances with Computers science Engineering and ECe as well.

Hello Rohan,
B.tech in mechanical and automation engineering is better than only mechanical engineering. This branch has more scope for job because this course includes automation too. In mechanical engineering, Automation is only one subject in last year. So MAE provides more in depth knowledge of machines, automobile, automation.
