Class 11 mechanics broadens your knowledge about Newton's laws and it's application whereas class 12 physics electricity gives you Knowledge of solving various electrical circuits. Both are completely different.

No there is no use of mechanics of class 11 in class 12 physics electricity . Both concepts are different completely.
