Actually it depends on your college.If your college allows you to do minors & honours of another branch ,then it is possible to complete both Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering simultaneously.
So,Consult ur college Head of the Department(HOD) or Dean for further clarification.

Manipal & SRM University offers Mechatronics Engineering So you could consider private or deemed universities at Undergraduate level. It takes the admission through its own Entrance Exam
