Actually it depends on your college.If your college allows you to do minors & honours of another branch ,then it is possible to complete both Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering simultaneously.

So,Consult ur college Head of the Department(HOD) or Dean for further clarification.

None of IITs offer Mechatronics at the undergraduate level and also not in the integrated or dual degree courses. Manipal & SRM University offers Mechatronics Engineering So you could consider private or deemed universities at Undergraduate level. It takes the admission through its own Entrance Exam
