You should know the syllabus of Instrumentation engineering.Is is simmilar to Mechatronics?

ofcourse not.

Actually it depends on your college.If your college allows you to do minors & honours of another branch ,then it is possible to complete both Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering simultaneously.

So,Consult ur college Head of the Department(HOD) or Dean for further clarification.
