as per my research, there are three colleges in Delhi NCR that offer mechanotronics, namely
delhi university
guru gobin singh indiraprasth university
delhi institute of tool engineering.
you can apply to them respectively for your course or to kalinga university.

Yes you have chances of getting seat in viteee if your. rank is near 2000 you should apply for councelling hope you will get your branch in 1st round
There is no such generic cut off as it varies college & entrance wise so please share which one you are asking for.
