As you have not mentioned your category of which you belong also you have not mentioned your domicile state that's why it would be tough to predict you anything . But with this score you have chances of getting good college if you belong from reserved category

I got 637, AIR 6493 NEET 2020,Female,UR,Delhi domicile.I got NSCB Med College Jabalpur in MCC round 1. I am taking admission with upgradation Option. If I get BSA college in Delhi State round 1, I will go to BSA. In that case can I still go to MCC round 2 to see if I get seat in VMMC/LHMC

You can only apply for 85% state quota seats for mbbs/bds for only the states you have domicile certificate/proof of or have passed 11th - 12th from.

As per the previous years records, maximum cutoff might go upto approximately 610 and minimum upto 470 (approx) for general category and for obc category it might go up to 370 ( approx). Kindly note that its just a rough guess based on previous records. And around 400 marks

see cutoff score changes in every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc.so basically from previous years records you can get some idea, but the cutoff score is liable to change in every year, you did not

Hey,

The ESIC Medical College cut off of 2019 for IP quota seats are as follows,

General Category- 529 marks

OBC- 482 MARKS

ST- 404 MARKS

SC- 257 MARKS.

As you have secured 500+ marks so there is a fair chance that you will get a seat in the ESIC
