If I didn't clear AIQ cutoff . Then can I able to take admission in other states med collefe? I belong to obc category and from Haryana.

You can participate in both the Counsellings. If you do not get a seat in All India Counselling, you cannot apply for Other State Counsellings for Government Medical College seats. You can apply for such seats only through 15% All India Quota. The remaining 85% seats are for State Candidates. So if you want to participate in other State Counsellings, it will be only for Management Quota of Private Medical Colleges of other States.

You can only take admission in colleges of other state if you have cleared AIQ. If you havent then you can only take admission in colleges of your state.
