see cutoff score fluctuate every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, choice of stream, students category and so on. gate cutoff goes lower for private colleges and the main competition is for government colleges. however you did not mention the stream in which you want to take admission.

Production in SGSITS

Placement record was excellent for my senior batch. The highest package was 8 LPA in my branch. Major recruiter are Volvo Eicher, Vedanta, etc. Students are according to the requirements of industry so, generally placement are good. Students also get internship in Goldman Sachs.

Biomed in SGSITS

The placements are overall good. If you have a decent pointer, you can easily get good package from big companies. Some packages can be moderate, but the companies which offer them are reputed ones. Seniors and faculty can guide you through best opportunities. Due to the vast alumni network, you will find them in most of the high posts in great companies

CSE in Medicaps

Placements in the college are okay. The average package offered was in between 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest salary offered in the current placements by TCS Digital was 7 LPA. A lot of students got placed in TCS. Companies like TCS, Emphasis, Infosys, Yash Technologies, and Wipro visit our college regularly to hire students.
