If you have passed 12 th from Maharashtra state board then you have to fill enrollment form in the month of August. 

And if you have passed 12th from any other state board (ICSE/CBSE/INTERNATIONAL BOARDS/ISC/other state boards) other than Maharashtra state board then you have to fill in provisional eligibility
