The programme seems to be nice. The eligibility states that the candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board with minimum 60% marks. Admissions will be basis scores of the entrance test- JET (Jain entrance test)

Both the terms Mass media and mass communication sound synonymous but they are not. People usually have a confusion about this. 

In Simple words , Mass Communication refers to the act of disseminating information to the masses/public.

And, Mass Media refers to the medium or the method employed

Pursuing BA in Mass Communication from a reputed government institution is more desirable in terms of fee structure and also further career options.

You can opt for the course in SRM University as well if you have no option.

91 rank in CET is a good rank. You need not worry about getting into a good college. Chances are that you might get the programmes at GGS campus, or other top affiliated institutes. Your institute selection also depends on your location preference. But you have some good options
