Well it is very important for you to know one thing that is there is no concept of Mbbs in US and Canada. Mbbs is there in UK Australia and other European countries. MCAT is for US and Canada and for that you need to complete pre medicine track

You can make your proper time table. Allocate your time to the subjects according to your strengths and weakness. 

Set your daily and weekly targets.

Focus on the topics which carries more weightage in the exam. 

You can refer previous year papers to understand the level of the questions.

See the basic eligibility mentions that if you have either studied or studying MBBS you are eligible to apply. But in your case, where you are enrolled in some other medical programme you need to apply under 'Special Permission' category. The officials will evaluate your profile and will revert
