Your expected marks is too low to get govt mbbs or BAMS college in both state or AIQ counseling in your category.

Mbbs govt college cut off will be 600+ marks in up state counseling in NEET 2021.

For BAMS last year cut off for obc category was

This is because,

In order to be eligible for getting admission in MBBS BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc even in private colleges or anywhere  you must qualify Neet examination

But with your percentile you have failed
