It is a good college and it provides a good completion of course curriculum.Infrastructure is good with modern labs and wifi facility.Faculty members are quite good and helpful and they impart quality education.However they provides average training but they provides effective education at the end of course.SO overall

Neet 2021 eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must be either appearing for the class 12th board examination 2021 or one must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics,
You have just mentioned that you have got 53% in 12th board examination but what is your aggregate percentage in PCB?
Your overall % obtained by you in class 12th is not considered for Neet eligibility criteria , only your aggregate % in PCB is taken in account for
There are many who just get 50% in their class 12th board examination but qualify Neet examination and not only qualify get in medical college as well. I personally don't know anyone, but just because I don't know doesn't mean that the persons with 50% in their 12th board
Yes you can take admission in medical colleges once you have cleared NEET exam and secured good rank.SInce the minimum eligibility to be admitted in Medical colleges is mandatory to score 50% marks in 12th grade along with individual subject including Physics,Chemistry,Biology and maths.
