11th class results are just to store in "dark and dry places", there is no use of 11th class results in future, so don't worry and focus on your exam but be sure you have to pass the 12th standard examination with minimum 60% marks from a recognized board.

Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune is a better choice than the DY Patil Medical College, Pune.
In terms of the Faculties, Infrastructure, Campus and the other opportunities such as Co - curricular activities and hospital visits and practices , Bharti Vidyapeeth is a good option.
In terms of the fees ,
You got Rank 4 in IPU CET for M.Ed, which is a great rank! But since you missed the last date for submitting the counselling fee, you won’t be allowed in the current round. Still, don’t lose hope. IPU may start spot counselling for vacant seats. Keep checking the official
