But yes you can apply for 15% all India quota in other states.

The highest score for government colleges of Jammu and Kashmir has gone upto 563 under the general category. Even then the last AlR rank in most of the government college is around 64000 which means a score of above 450. So seeing this unfortunately you don’t stand a chance
