All the three institutes that you mention offer MBBS and other related PG courses. These are offered on the basis of marks scored in NEET examination conducted by NTA. So you have to write this examination and clear the cutoff marks on order to get admission.

Firstly congrats for such a good score. CCM medical college, Durg is a private medical college in Chhattisgarh. So to take admission in CCM Medical college you need to apply through state counselling of Chhattisgarh but its not possible for you to apply through state counselling of Chhattisgarh

Going by last year's cutoffs, it would be difficult to get any government Medical college or government quota seats in private Medical colleges as last year the minimum cutoff score 452 and the respective all India rank was around 1 lakh. This was the cutoff score for government quota seat
