As you must be aware that cut offs change every year, so nothing can be predicted with surety on that. But going by the trend in the cut offs, it is rather difficult for you to get government medical college through 15% all India quota with 408 marks

Last year the cut off for the government medical colleges in Delhi was higher, but in 2018, it was little bit lower. If we go by the 2018 cut off then you have good chance of getting the govt medical colleges, but by 2019 cut off you have
