The marks scored by you is quite good and also B Pharma is one of the well known field and also this is the reason the cutoffs are also high for top colleges but definitely you can apply in your preferred colleges and compare the cutoffs with your marks

Admission for medicine in state quota is via NEET exam.  Your 12marks or grace mark have no role in neet exam. As you mentioned physics and chemistry marks you need to mention biology mark to get an idea about total mark. Admission is based on neet rank in state quota.
