With your rank, you can get to get clinical branches like ENT, Psychiatry, OBG, Anaesthesia etc. Though you can also get Post Graduate Diploma in ENT and post graduate diploma in OBG.

There is no bigger difference between them.both are recognised by UCG but deemed University enjoys autonomy and administration and other universities has to adhere to UCG rules and regulations in conducting classes ,exam, syllabus. They have followed all rules and instructions given by government authorities.
