how is it to do ms md courses after mbbs in Gujarat medical colleges, if one doesnt know Gujarati or from another state? is there discrimination?

you have not mentioned you category.so I consider you as a general category candidate. To get government medical college a candidate must score minimum 610+ , 580 + for obc, 480+  for sc and 420+ for St  category candidate in neet ug exam.

Yes, medical colleges and NEET considers two certificates or mark sheets from two different boards. The certificate can be shown and the situation explained during your counseling round.

There has been an announcement by NEET in 2018 which allows 2 mark sheets from different boards.
