i belong to sc category , my score is 400 can i get govt clg with this through state quota in up, considering factors as the paper was tough than last year , and 9 new medical colleges are added, chances of cutoff going down so is there any chance to get any govt medical college, please tell me sir

Yes you can fill in all the choices for government or private medical colleges in All India Quota. It doesn't matter if the college is from your domicile state.

The only disadvantage for filling  government colleges from your domicile state during AIQ is that you will be reducing your
