The ESIC Medical College cut off of 2019 for IP quota seats are as follows,

General Category- 529 marks

OBC- 482 MARKS

ST- 404 MARKS

SC- 257 MARKS.

As you have secured 500+ marks so there is a fair chance that you will get a seat in the ESIC

I had the same question actually..but it seems the government has allowed these medical colleges(all years) to open as mine opens from tomorrow for classes and our exams are like 3 months away this is for pune ..no idea about the rest of the state
