First of all 530/720 is a good score. Well the marks for admission in Ms Ramaiah medical college is 686 - 510. This means that you have a chance in that college but the selection is not very certain as the no. of seats are less.

The NEET cut off marks for the medical seats in the any government college varies each year according to the seats availabilty, hardness of paper, no of candidates appearing for the NEET examination etc.. Therefore it cannot be determined accurately what score will get you a free seat. A student should always have a 450+ score to make it into the good medical colleges.
