If you fetch 350, your overall percentile ends up around 83.41 - 83.91 while your AIR may end up somewhere around 251198 - 291348 considering difficulty of the paper to be moderate. You didn't mention your caste so, I assume you belong to General category.

If you fetch a marks less than 350 then it is less likely for you to get chance to grab a seat for MBBS at top Government medical colleges in Himachal Pradesh. However, you may get chance to grab a seat at very few Private Dental colleges under Government Quota.

The Dental colleges where you may get chance to opt for BDS and secure a Government seat are:

1. Bhojia Dental College and Hospital, Solan (2018 Cutoff Marks: 321)
2. Himachal Institute of Dental Colleges, Paonta Sahib (2018 Cutoff Marks: 234)

In other words, based on this marks, you do not have much good options to apply at any top-rated Government or Private Medical Institutes in Himachal Pradesh.
