Hello there,
scoring 257 in neet 2020 isn't a good score. Even though belonging from SC category won't help you secure a seat in MBBS medical colleges in Mumbai. Infact with this score getting admission in top mbbs colleges is difficult. you can try for BDS colleges. check NEET 2020 cut off of Maharashtra here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra

Hi,
Well neurosurgery is one of the most difficult and well soughted jobs in surgical field. A good neurosurgeon gets paid really nice and that is why the life is also comfortable and lavish. But yes struggle is there. The struggle of studying that much and then building up an image in the society and maintaining the practice of surgery. A lot of hard work and then it does pay off. So yes the surgeons are happy cause they have already covered half of their struggles and now they will get to be happy about it cause now is the time for return.
I hope my answer helps.
All the best.
