As of now, students with Biology as optional subject in their class 12th board examination are eligible for Neet examination until the supreme court passes its judgement over it, so you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination provided

Hi.

If you have passed your additional subject i.e. Biology in boards examination then you are eligible for NEET Examinations.

Do not pay attention to controversies, only consider if there are official rulings announced by NTA or Medical Council of India.

Hello,

I don't think so as per the eligibility criteria the degree certificate should be recognized under the university grant commission therefore  i think it should be approved by MCI so that it will become equivalent to indian degree  and second necessary condition you should be an  indian citizen
