Bachelor Of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc MLT) is an undergraduate course of 3 years .
Admission is done mostly on the basis of entrance exams and few give direct admission to the students.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Candidates need to score 50% in 10+2 from any recognized board.
Candidates should have Science (PCMB/PCB) as a stream in 10+2 level .
Average fees is INR 10k - 4 Lakh per annum.
After completing the course students can get job positions like Medical laboratory technicians, clinical laboratory technicians, medical phlebotomist , medical laboratory technologist etc.
Average salary can be INR 2L - 6L per annum.

Students who want to become a lab technician can either pursue BSC in MLT or Diploma in MLT.
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) is a diploma level program of 2 years and BSC in Medical ab technology is a 3 year undergraduate course that can be done usually after completion of class 12 . The admission in institutes is mostly done on merit basis and in some institutes there is an entrance examination.
E ligibility : candidate must have scored at least 45-50% marks in class 12 with subjects like physics, chemistry and biology.

It is not necessary that you appear for MHT CET to be eligible for BMLT (Bachelors in medical lab technology). Many colleges conduct a merit based entry for the concerned course. The eligibility criteria for BMLT are
You must pass 10+2 or equivalent in the science stream from a recognized board of education with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate for general category and 45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology/biotechnology should be your major subjects for your 10+2 education.

Yes , you will get a job as a lab technician after completing your undergraduate in medical lab technology. If your college offers placements , then you can land up in a job or otherwise you have to check with various job openings in healthcare centers or online job search websites.

These three courses are very good in their way but it's up to you which will be perfect for you as per the syllabus and depth of knowledge of yours. But in my opinion B.Sc in Radiography is more important course among these. It will give you more bright future and more job options. You can be, Ultrasound Technician, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Radiology Nurse, CT Tech, CAT Scan Technologist etc.
