MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, is the institute's parent university and is connected with it. The institution is spread over 30 acres of land and provides infrastructural and academic facilities to students and other members of the school's faculty and administration. Hello aspirant,
On the basis of previous year cutoffs, the probability to secure a government seat for MBBS in Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences, Shimoga Karnataka under general category at score is little less. But the chances are good for obc and other categories. However you can get government seat for MBBS in other colleges in Karnataka in general category:
Also remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. Hello Aspirant. You mentioned your expected marks in NEET UG 2021 is 160 and that you belong to BC (OBC-NCL) category. Based on your marks, your overall percentile ends up around 55.22 - 55.82 and your AIR may end up somewhere around 682106 - 757256 considering difficulty of the paper to be moderate.
As per your performance in NEET UG 2021, it is less likely for you to get admission at Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Pondicherry. In 2019, NEET UG Cutoff AIR prescribed for OBC category were 169402 (for Home State ) and 193478 (for All India) .
PIMS is a tertiary care hospital and teaching institute at Kalapet area in the Union Territory of Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu, India. The college has been approved for full recognition by MCI and MBBS degree being granted by the Pondicherry University. The institute has been established in 2002 and the area of the campus is around 45 acres .

If you really get this score then it will be hard for you to get admission to MBBS or BDS at any top-rated Private medical colleges under Government quota, let alone chances to get seats at Government medical colleges. In other words, getting chance to contest a seat for MBBS/BDS is less even if you participate in All India or State Counselling process.
However, you may get admission at few Private dental colleges for BDS via Management quota, if you are willing to pay exceptionally high price.
At this point, if you ask for my opinion, I'd say you better try again next year and start your preparation for NEET UG 2022 from scratch.

The college is equipped with multi-specialty hospital. The infrastructure of the college is quite pretty compared to other colleges in the same domain. Besides spacious classrooms, labs it boasts of a lush green garden with newer approaches such as Tyre garden. Labs are well-equipped.

In answer to your question, first let me explain the difference between these streams, starting with
Botany
Zoology
Biomedical sciences
Now you need to understand is that, All the above three fields are very important and have a very good scope in future.
But all the streams are very different from each other as one deals in plants, other in animals and the third one in medicines so, firstly you need to evaluate what excites you the most was choosing botany will lead you into agriculture and that has a very good scope in future. Selecting zoology willing directly make you a doctor of animals. Opting for biomedical science will lead you into pharmacy and you know how composition some medicines are made and how medicines are useful for Healthcare.
See you need to evaluate your interest that in what particular field you be doing good because knowing what is best is temporary and building a career upon interest is permanent.
What is best among these three will not help you, but building a career based upon your interest will be the key to success.
My advice to you is, first know your interest and strength and based upon it choose your career wisely.
Hope this helps,
