medical seats
They have not increased any seat in South India. But in 2020, the overall seats have increased. India has around 75543 seats, which was increased by 24% in the last year. We have 269 government colleges and 260 private colleges. You need to clear NEET examination to get admission to medical Colleges.
Hi Dinesh , you have not mentioned your category , nevertheless last year least marks to secure a seat in government medical college under state quota in Bangalore was 443 marks from general category ,457from OBC ,358 from sc and ,434 from st in ESI medical college Bangalore . Talking about Mysore medical college Mysore 534 from general,521 from OBC ,436 from sc and 489 from st were the least marks to secure a seat. So according to that you have fair chances at both the places. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
